Performance Targets
Performance Targets lets you discover and track progress towards reduction targets for energy, water, and emissions. Efficiency goals can be set for each building in a portfolio based on historical performance, national averages of similar buildings, or your local regulations. The EPA has shown this approach, on average, leads to annual energy-use savings of 7% for the typical building portfolio. Learn more.
Lifecycle
The Life Cycle tool guides users in the collection of data related to 6 primary building systems and 20 different types of Energy Efficiency measures as defined by the Department of Energy’s Building Sync schema. Program managers can track the collection of this data centrally and visualize the types of measures being proposed, implemented, and evaluated over time.
